Hi there! We're Jobjet, a brand spanking new data-based technology for the recruiting industry. We're currently looking for hungry, multi-talented interns to help us with our sales qualification process, customer outreach, and exciting marketing campaigns.
Jobjet is a privately funded Santa Monica tech startup that leverages proprietary big data to enable better, faster, and more cost-effective sourcing and recruiting. We've been operating since October 2016, and already become the go-to recruiting tech for companies like Amazon, Cisco, Synechron, CareerBuilder, and about 10,000 other recruiters.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for A-list talent only - we're a fast-growing company and we need amazing people who can contribute on Day 1 with a self-starter attitude and with the confidence to contribute their out-of-the-box ideas. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will work directly with the Sales Manager, Head of Marketing, and Account Executives to further educate and qualify business prospects across the US.
We need someone who is a quick learner, can leverage our CRM, our web application, and someone who works well in teams. We'd like someone with impeccable communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and with a desire to learn, contribute, grow, and have some fun.
If you've got any interest in starting your own business someday, we'll make sure you learn the sales and marketing skills you'll need to get up and running down the road. The more successful we make you, the better it is for Jobjet.
- Manage and create prospecting campaigns, messaging, and analytics
- Follow up with inbound leads to work through a qualification process
- Assist Account Executives with their respective sales processes
- Improve our support infrastructure: emailing/messaging tools, phoning tools, tracking systems
- Implement and document new processes
- Attend industry events, meet-ups, and mixers
